Before You Start

Find a clean, flat workspace and take a few minutes to plan your design before attaching anything.

Step 1: Choose Your Hat

Start with the hat included in your kit.

Step 2: Arrange Your Patches

Lay out your four patches until you're happy with the design. Try different placements before attaching them.

Tip: Snap a quick photo of your favorite layout before moving on!

Attaching Your Patches

Your patches can be attached in three different ways:

Option 1: Iron-On (Recommended)

• Place the patch where you'd like it.
• Cover with a pressing cloth or thin cotton towel.
• Press with a hot iron for 20–30 seconds using firm pressure.
• Allow to cool completely before wearing.

Option 2: Glue On

• Apply a thin layer of glue to the back of the patch.
• Press firmly onto the hat.
• Wipe away any excess glue.
• Allow to dry completely before wearing.

Option 3: Sew-On

For the most permanent hold, hand sew or machine sew your patches onto the hat.

Add Some Sparkle

Use the included rhinestones to personalize your hat even more.

• Apply a small amount of glue where you'd like each rhinestone.
• Use the rhinestone picker tool to place each stone.
• Allow everything to dry completely.
