Processing Time
All orders require 5–7 business days for processing before shipment. Each item is handmade and prepared with care, so processing time may vary based on order volume. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

Shipping Method
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS. Delivery times are based on USPS’ standard shipping schedules and may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package has been shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once the package is handed to USPS, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost items, or damages caused in transit. For lost or delayed packages, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.
